<br><br>About The Role<br> Duck Creek Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Junior Associate Software Engineer (Analyst) to join our team. This remote position is based in India, with initial in-person training in our Mumbai office. As part of our Talent Accelerator Program (TAP), you will design, code, and configure features for products in an Agile-based environment, debugging and resolving software bugs or issues under the guidance of senior engineers. You will also write test automation scripts, manage source code, and follow development standards. <br><br>Candidate Profile<br> The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech) with a CGPA of 7.5 or higher. While no prior work experience is required, previous internships and industry certificate bootcamp experiences are preferred. Proficiency in object-oriented design and coding in Java, C#, or Python, as well as exposure to XML/JSON and front-end development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5), are essential.
