Position: Associate Software Engineer <br><br> Experience: 0 to 2 years <br><br> Job Location: Pune Qualification: Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent from a recognized university/institute <br><br> Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for functional testing, the implementation of technical tests and framework(s) using best practice around BDD. They will plan and execute the technical test-related activities for the relevant business applications, ensuring that they are effectively tested against agreed functional and non-functional requirements prior to production deployment. They will also have proven experience testing in an agile environment, combined with a strong technical test related background. <br><br> Responsibilities <br>- Flexible in performing Manual and Automation testing <br>- Follow best practice testing strategy and use and develop current Technical Test Framework(s) with existing and new Products <br>- Technical test preparation, analysis and execution following agreed requirements and acceptance criteria. <br>- Analyze and Report Test Results to the Team / Business on a daily basis and raise/report any Defects accordingly <br>- Work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities, commitments, and projects with minimal supervision <br>- Work with development team to implement new features for product improvement. <br>- Continually analyze testing processes, internal tools, documentation, and technology to improve efficiencies and create a stable and error-free environment. <br>- Other responsibilities may be allocated by the line manager to ensure the effectiveness of the team <br><br> Qualifications including education: <br>- ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing (or equivalent) <br>- Technical development background <br>- Understanding Automated and Manual test techniques <br>- Understanding of AGILE framework using SCRUM methodology <br>- Experience with Selenium/WebDriver or Take a course of Selenium <br>- Understanding of core business logic, algorithms, datasets and able to perform low level System and Data Analysis <br>- Experience of building strong working relationships with project stakeholders, and key business users <br>- Confident, takes ownership, willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done with proven experience leading complex testing activities and projects to successful completion. <br>- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience providing project status to line and executive management Participation as Tester in one or more medium to large systems development projects <br>- Ability to interpret test results and make improvement recommendations or raise clear defects <br>- A strong working knowledge of C# <br>- Strong knowledge and use of SQL is highly desirable <br><br> About Company: e2open, LLC is a business-to-business provider of cloud-based, on-demand software for supply chains for computer, telecom and electronics systems, components and services.
