In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing technical support to users, handling data issues, troubleshooting problems related to supported applications, and proactively resolving technical challenges. You'll leverage your advanced query and programming skills while demonstrating a keen technical acumen and a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. <br><br> Responsibilities: <br>- Identify and coordinate problem resolution with cross-functional teams. <br>- Communicate application status and health to stakeholders and management. <br>- Enhance monitoring, application stability, and root cause determination speed. <br>- Conduct troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution using advanced programming skills. <br>- Perform root cause analysis. <br><br> Requirements: <br>- 0 - 2 years of experience in Application Support or SQL Server/database management. <br>- Exposure to at least one programming language. <br>- Proficiency in optimizing and writing SQL Queries & Stored procedures. <br>- Knowledge or experience with SAP S4Hana is advantageous. <br>- Experience in internal apps and application support. <br>- Strong problem analysis and solution provision skills. <br>- Flexibility to work as an individual contributor. <br>- Strong teamwork, inclusiveness, and self-motivation. <br>- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. <br>- Any relevant certifications are a plus. <br>- Understanding of Data Modeling and Data Analysis. <br>- Familiarity with other databases preferred. <br>- Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure/AWS/Snowflake) is preferred. <br><br> Join ECI: At ECI, our culture revolves around connection - connecting with our clients, technology, and most importantly, each other.
