<br><br> About The Role<br> Fivetran is seeking a Junior Customer Support Engineer to join our Bangalore team. In this role, you'll provide technical support to both internal and external customers, ensuring the successful resolution of issues and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work during fixed night IST hours (7PM - 4AM or 5PM – 2AM shift and occasionally 24X7). This role involves troubleshooting, incident management, and collaborating with engineering and product teams. <br><br> Candidate Profile<br> Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics. Strong customer advocacy skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic programming knowledge are essential.
