As a Client Delivery Manager, you will be the main customer-facing representative ensuring full delivery accountability and customer satisfaction. <br><br>Candidate Profile<br> As a Client Delivery Manager, you will manage client engagements, support SAP ECS functions, and contribute to proactive service plans. You will serve as an escalation point, facilitate alignment across stakeholders, assist in client onboarding, and support commercial change requests.
