Using an entrepreneurial approach, we support our customers’ current and future business requirements with our high level of process and automation competency. <br><br> Position Responsibilities<br> - Generate Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line – Automation and Fire<br> - Handle the creation and maintenance of accurate BOM for the Design Engineering Service Line<br> - Update BOM with accurate information about materials – both Siemens and third-party<br> - Collaborate with the operational team and interact with different stakeholders<br> - Utilize the Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials or pricing<br> - Associate quotes to line items in SAP<br> - Insert and update any Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) created by the Design Engineer<br> - Collaborate with Team Leaders for any prioritization of BOM requests<br> - Create re-estimates for the Design Engineer<br> - Run DT to SAP BOM transfer and insert any missing/third-party materials<br> - Enter material in SAP per the fire deviation report and final as designed, insert any missing/third-party materials, and adjust as sold <br><br> Requirements<br> - 0-2 years of experience<br> - Graduation in any discipline<br> - Diversity candidates preferred<br> - SAP know-how<br> - Skills: Self-determination, learning, communication, network built on trust, teamwork, customer focus, professional ethics, Siemens values<br> - Good interpersonal communication, proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented<br> - Good understanding of commercial terms<br> - Ability to liaise, coordinate well with colleagues<br> - Ability to work as both an individual and team contributor <br><br> Why Join Us?<br> At Siemens, we value your unique identity and perspective, and we are fully committed to providing equitable opportunities and building a workplace that reflects the diversity of society.
