<br><br>About The Role<br>Tata Steel is seeking aspiring engineers for its 2024 batch under the Aspiring Engineer's Program. Selected candidates will be placed as Engineer Trainees in areas like Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Geology, and more. After completing a 1-year training, successful trainees will be considered for full-time employment as Assistant Manager (IL6) at Tata Steel.<br><br> Candidate Profile<br>As an Engineer Trainee, you will:<br> - Be placed for a duration of 1 year with regular evaluations<br> - Upon successful training completion, be considered for full-time employment<br><br> Qualifications Required<br>To be eligible for this program, candidates must:<br> - Have completed a B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc.
