Also, candidate should have rich experience of working with overseas clients. <br>• Should have rich experience with Oracle SQL/PLSQL and Linux with troubleshooting skills <br>• Should be able to undertake tasks independently, and be able to work with the rest of stakeholders to deliver the project tasks. <br>• Should be responsible to plan, validate and execute release deployments successfully. <br>• Knowledge with Prometheus/ELK and Grafana/Kibana for monitoring, building systems and application metrics dashboards. <br>• Should have ability to develop and implement alerts and monitors for applications/services that include databases and servers. <br>• Should have ability to work on high complexity tickets and resolve within the committed Service Level Agreement (SLA). <br>• Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills to debug and fix the issues reported post deployment production. Conduct post-mortems and Root-Cause Analysis (RCA) to continually improve our systems and processes. <br>• Participate in platform and application architecture discussions, ensuring that all architectures support the operational excellence initiatives and will comply with defined KPIs. Analyze disaster recovery scenarios. <br>• Learn and share knowledge of new technologies to support technically challenging projects and interested in assuming various responsibilities <br>• Should be ready to participate in rotational shift in 24x7 mode.
