We have 500+ customers globally and are on a mission to enhance transparency and control in the time & attendance process using AI and Face recognition technologies. <br><br>Role: Product Support Intern<br> As a Product Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding them in product configuration and onboarding. You will utilize chat, email, and video conferencing tools to optimize customer experiences and collaborate closely with our Product and Engineering teams. <br><br>Key Responsibilities <br>- Serve as the first point of contact for product support <br>- Assist customers in setting up and configuring the product <br>- Ensure timely response to customer issues within defined SLAs <br>- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve issues <br>- Work closely with the Customer Success Lead and Co-Founder <br><br>Skills and Abilities Required <br>- BE/B.Tech in E&TC, Mechanical, Civil, or similar branches <br>- Strong communication and presentation skills in English <br>- Previous customer interaction or internship experience is a plus <br>- Proactive, quick learner with a go-getter attitude <br><br>Stipend: INR 15,000 per month <br><br>Internship Duration: Minimum 5 months <br><br>Location: Baner, Pune (In Office - Monday to Friday) <br><br>Selection Process: Based on aptitude & technical assessment, written test, and personal interview. <br><br>Job Type: On-site, Full-time <br><br>Positions Available: 2
