About the Job
As an Application Support Engineer in Accenture’s Advanced Application Engineering team, you will act as a “software detective,” identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems, with a focus on Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Your role will involve troubleshooting software problems, ensuring seamless system operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. You will contribute to documenting issues and solutions, supporting team knowledge growth, and ensuring effective communication to resolve challenges.
