About the Job
As a User Experience Engineering Associate in Accenture’s Technology for Operations team, you will focus on enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability, accessibility, and overall experience of digital products. This role involves collaborating with sales, offering, and delivery teams to design and implement innovative UI/UX solutions. You will solve routine problems, contribute to user-centered design processes, and work under detailed guidance to deliver high-quality interfaces. This position is ideal for early-career professionals with a passion for Fine Arts, Digital Media, Animation, or Interaction Design, eager to grow in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. Note that this role may require rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems related to user experience design, following established guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to design user-friendly interfaces
- Contribute to the creation of engaging digital media, animations, or motion graphics
- Assist in gathering and analyzing user feedback to improve product usability and accessibility
- Participate in problem-solving discussions to enhance user interaction with digital products
- Support the team in delivering innovative UX solutions aligned with client needs
