About the Job
As a Quality Engineering Associate in Accenture’s Client Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting retirement plan clients by delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. This role involves working closely with clients during onboarding, maintaining day-to-day relationships, and addressing queries related to investments, compliance, and operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Sales, and Fund Managers, to ensure seamless client experiences and support Accenture’s mission to deliver innovative retirement solutions. This position requires strong stakeholder management, adherence to tight timelines, and the ability to handle complex client inquiries with precision.
Responsibilities
- Support existing client relationships by promptly addressing queries and ensuring client expectations are met
- Identify and resolve issues related to client experience, including operational, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Perform research and analyze data to address ad-hoc client queries across investment and operational topics
- Review and verify individual trades and accounts for accuracy
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly valuation reports to clients
- Support new client onboarding by collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Relationship Management teams
- Liaise with Fund Managers to develop and implement support strategies for existing clients
