About the Job
As an Apprentice Scrum Master based in Ahmedabad, you will join a dynamic Agile team within Cloud Engineering and Shared Services, supporting projects from inception to delivery. This 12-month apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in driving Agile maturity, facilitating collaboration between business and technology stakeholders, and helping teams achieve self-organization and productivity. Guided by experienced mentors, you will play a key role in fostering team alignment, removing impediments, and contributing to the successful delivery of domain-focused initiatives in a Scrum/Agile framework.
The role emphasizes coaching Scrum practices, maintaining transparency, and escalating risks to ensure progress toward team and program objectives. You will have the opportunity to serve as Scrum Master for one or more teams, gaining practical exposure to real-world Agile implementation in a global enterprise environment.
